Some important considerations when using the grain mill grinder:

1. The materials to be ground must be dry. Wet materials should be dried first, and oily raw materials are not recommended as they may stick to the grinding bin.

2. It is recommended to only grind an amount that covers the long blade in the middle, and no more than 2/3 of the tank.

3. The recommended usage time is no more than 3 minutes, with a 5-10 minute rest period after every 3 minutes of operation.

4. The machine should not be turned on when the top cover is open.

5. The carbon brushes and blades should be replaced after extended use.

6. The blades should be checked periodically for loose screws.

7. The grinder should not be cleaned directly with water. Instead, use a cleaning brush to remove any remaining powder, and then wipe the inside of the jar with a dry cloth.

8. To remove the blades, use a screwdriver to hold down the middle screw, and then turn the wrench or sleeve counter-clockwise to loosen the locknut.

9. If the grinder is not working properly, such as emitting a bad smell or smoke, turn off the power, check the carbon brushes, and try reducing the amount of grinding powder before restarting.

10. It is normal for the grinder to heat up during operation, as the high-speed rotation of the blades in the enclosed grinding chamber generates heat.

11. If the blades become stuck due to the grinding materials, turn off the power immediately to avoid burning the motor, remove the blockage, check the fuse, and then restart the machine.

The grain mill grinder features a 3-layer blade design, including a powder blade (impact crush), a rotary blade (cycle grinding), and a dust removal blade (cleaning the bottom). The fineness of the grinding can range from 30 mesh to 300 mesh.

The lid buckle design allows for a secure, tight lock during grinding to prevent powder spillage.
